Delivery

Estimated standard delivery time is 1-4 business days - depending on your location & the time you submitted your order.
We recommend you select your delivery date 2 days before your event to make sure everything’s perfect.
If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

Return

Returning your rental item is very simple and free. Simply place your item in the pre-paid return envelope provided, and drop it at your nearest Canada Post Office or the Mail Box.
If your rental period ends on a Sunday or a public holiday, just drop your item in the nearest Canada Post Mail Box on the return date. It will be shipped back to us in the next business day.
We take care of dry-cleaning so you don't have to worry about it.

Late returns

In the unlikely event that you returned your rental item back late, you will incur late fees.
