RENTAL ITEMS

Refunds

You may receive a refund or exchange on your dress rental if you find that the dress does not fit, or wasn't your style. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn with security tags still attached.

For Refunds: We offer a store credit for 100% of the amount (minus the shipping). Contact us as soon as you receive your rental at info@yourfavouritedresses.com to let us know you wish to receive a store credit. Once we receive the dress back on our end we will credit your account.

For Exchange: You can exchange your dress for another where time permits (Subject to style and size availability). You must contact us on the day you receive your rental at info@yourfavouritedresses.com and we will contact you with the next steps.

 

To avoid any disappointment try the following options:

TRY ON: If you are unsure of sizing or can't decide between two styles, we recommend our 'Try On' option for $29.99 ahead of your event which is redeemable for your future booking.

BACKUP DRESS: Or place a rental order using our Back Up Dress option, where you will receive the second dress at 80% off and you can wear whichever dress you prefer for your event.

 *Backup Dress option cannot be combined with the Try On option.

Postage Delays

If an item is delayed arriving to a customer due to Canada Post delays, Your Favourite Dresses does not take responsibility for delays. We understand this can be frustrating and are able to offer a refund of the rental cost (minus the $16.99 postage fee) or a 100% Store credit valid for 12 months; once we've received the item back.

 

Cancellation Fee

A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled rental bookings. In the event that you need to cancel your rental, we will happily refund your rental amount minus the $25 cancellation fee. Or we can offer a store credit for 100% of the amount (no cancellation fee payable). You must notify us 4 days before the booking date starts at info@yourfavouritedresses.com

Your Favourite Dresses reserves the right to cancel a booking at short notice. Reasons for cancellation may include (but are not limited to) an item not being available due to a late return by a previous customer or damage to an item. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund, store credit or the option to change the booking to another item.


SALE ITEMS

Pre-Loved Sale items
Do not qualify for a refund, unless the item is faulty. However, items can be either exchanged or returned for a store credit/ an e-voucher gift card, minus the cost of shipping. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a return contact us at info@yourfavouritedresses.com. Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with security tags still attached.

Gift Cards
Are non-refundable and do not expire. Your gift card can be used to its full value no matter when you decide to use it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
