How much does cost it to rent a designer dress?
Dress rentals start at $69 to approximately $199 and are up to 85% off the retail price.
How long can I rent the dress for?
All rentals are for a duration of 4 or 8 days. Select your rental period within the shopping cart and then select your 'delivery date' when placing your order. We will ship your dress the next business day!
*Please note we do not ship on weekends and if you place an order on Friday your dress rental duration will begin on Monday and will be shipped to you on Monday.
How long will it take to delivery my dress rental?
Depending on your location and time you place the order, standard delivery time is 1-2 business days. Once you place your order, we will prep & package your dress rental to be shipped out the following business day.
*If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, your rental will be processed the next business day.
Can I rent my designer dress today?
At this time we do not offer same day delivery.
Do I need to be at home to receive my dress rental?
Yes, as a signature will be required. If you are not home to receive your dress rental Canada Post will send to your nearest Post Office for pickup. We suggest providing an address where someone will be able to sign or you can send to your address of work. Still unsure? No worries! Just send us an email to email@example.com and we would be happy to answer any questions.
How do I return my dress rental?
Simply place your rentals into the provided prepaid envelope and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post office or pop it into your nearest Mail Box.
What if my rental duration ends on a weekend or public holiday?
No worries! Just place the prepaid envelope in your nearest Mail Box on your specified Return Date. We will receive it the next business day.
How will I know if the dress will fit?
We have provided measurements for each dress style & size within the shopping cart. Before you place your order, please refer to the measurements provided on each product page. We also provide a 'Try On' option for $30.

How does the 'Try On' service work?
If you would like to ensure the fit before your event the 'Try On' option is perfect for you! Just pick the dress that you would like to try on before renting for 24 hours in the convenience of your home. Return your Try On dress in the prepaid envelope on your specified Return Date to your nearest Canada Post office or pop it into your nearest Mail Box. The 'Try On' option is $30 and return shipping is always FREE!
All dress rentals including 'Try On' are shipped with security tags attached (that can be removed once you decide to wear the dress) if the security tag is not attached it will be considered as 'worn' and will result in a full rental charge.
*Please note, Try On service is only available for dresses.
What sizes do you carry?
Currently we offer sizes from XS to XL.
What if the dress doesn't fit or I don't like it?
No worries! Email us at email@example.com the day you receive your dress rental. We will have you fill out a 'Return Request Form'. Send the dress back to us in the prepaid envelope within 24 hours (with security tag still attached), and we will send out a different size or issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.
*Please note that if the security tag is not attached it will be considered as 'worn' and will result in a full rental charge.
Does Your Favourite Dresses have a physical shop?
No, we are currently on-line but will have pop-up shops from time to time. Make sure to sign up to our mailing list to be notified!
