Delivery

We use Canada Post Expedited for all our rentals and sale items with a fee of $15. This fee includes the delivery to you and the return back to us (for rentals only, with a provided pre-paid label). Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days - depending on your location & the time you submitted your order.
We recommend you select your delivery date 2 days before your event to ensure your order arrives on the requested date.
If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

Return

Returning your rental item is very simple and it's free!

1 Place your rental back into the box it was shipped in.

2 Take the prepaid shipping label (found inside the box) and adhere it over top of the old shipping label outside of the box.

3 Drop off at your local Canada Post Office

*If your rental period ends on a Sunday or a public holiday, drop off at your nearest Canada Post Office the following day. 

We take care of dry-cleaning so you don't have to worry about it.

Late returns

In the unlikely event that you returned your rental item back late, you will incur late fees. (See our FAQS page for more details)

Not sure if the dress will fit? Or you want to try another style? Add a 'backup dress' to your order.

How It Works

Add both dresses to your cart and ensure that they are booked for the same date. At checkout add discount code "BACKUPDRESS" to your cart, this will reduce your second dress by 80%. When you're ready to return send both dresses back together on the return date.

Keep In Mind

- Make sure that your 'backup dress' and primary dress have the same delivery date

- Your backup dress can be another size or any other style you would like to try on

- The lower priced dress will automatically be reduced by 80% when you choose the 'backup dress' option

- Only remove the security tag when you're sure of which dress you decide to wear to your event. Untagged dresses are considered 'worn' and will be charged the full rental price

Try On One Day

Our Try On service lets you to try on sizes ahead of your event for $29.99 per dress and is redeemable towards your future booking.

Simply choose your dress(ess) and pick the date for your Try On. It will ship out to you the following business day. You'll have it for 24 hours to try on in the convenience of your home.

Send Back The Next

Send the dress back to us the next day in the box it was delivered in (with pre-paid return shipping label). Drop off at your nearest Canada Post office.
